We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us via email at info@cameleur.com before sending anything back.
In your email, include the following details:

• Order number

• Full name used when placing the order

• Product name and quantity you want to return

• Reason for return (optional but helpful)

• Clear photos of the item and its condition (especially if damaged or defective)

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will send you return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it and contact us right away if:

• The item is defective,

• Damaged during shipping, or

• You received the wrong product.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or engraved products

• Gift cards

• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable on the product page

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification.

As mentioned above, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact, and you must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email to confirm whether your refund was approved or rejected.

• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Additional Notes

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
